Meetings and Conventions

I have been attending meetings at WDW for several years now and felt the need to share my experiences. We have had meetings at the Boardwalk and Contempory. We are usually 2 groups of 40 and 20. We always have 2 rooms. The rooms are always great. tables with linens, water & goblets, hard candies, tablets and pens are provided. Bottled water and sodas are always provided and replenished as needed. WDW provides lunch, usually cold meats, salads, and the best desserts you can find. CM's are there to help, clean up and meet our any need. I do not know what the charges are for the meeting room, but the cost to me as an individual is minimal. We use WDW for meetings 3 times a year.

I would highly reccommend it for anyone looking for a meeting place.

Wow Sandi....can I come to one of your meetings? They sound great and close enough to take a visit to one of the parks after:whistle:
