Great Customer Service

Hi,

We often read about poor customer service. Here is a good CS story. I would like to know how to thank this person.
We stayed at the Poly 4/9 to 4/12.
When we left we cheked our room a nd thought we had everything. Well I left my DD lifejacket in our room. I called the Poly lost and found. They had it and had already sent it back to my house Fed Ex.
How nice!
How can I find out who the CM was? Who would I write a thank you note to?
I know a life jacket is not an expensive item. I just thought it was really nice that it was returned to us.

I'll bet one of our favorite CM s on here can tell you, but you could just address a letter to the mgr. at the POLY. That's my thought. It was the maid who cleaned the room who found it first and turned it in, and then another CM who looked up your address to have it sent to your home. So, several people were involved in the actual action that returned the life jacket to you. It was a team effort on the part of Disney, so I think need a group thank you.

Just another part of the Magic and part of the reason why Disney is after all Disney.

I agree ..that it was a team of CM's that made sure it got home :) and you can start with the manager:) ..
I know that even though our trip last August caused me to write a complaint letter to CBR manager and Al Weiss, I was able to compliment a few CM's also and point out the wonderful difference between those that treated us as guest and those that treated us as pest
