Disney is doing a test program and you can now call wdw dining to book a Fantasmic! Dinner & Show package for Setp. 16-Dec.16 2002. Previously the package could only be booked in person at theme park guest relations or at resort hotels. Now when you call, you can book but have to pre-pay for the meal... full price charged to your credit card. Like before, the Fantasmic voucher is included with the package at no additional charge. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. To gain entry to Fantasmic there is a special entry at the front of the park for guests with dinner package vouchers which allows you to enter the ampitheater 30 min. before the show with guaranteed seating.

Thanks DAB! HEY! your off to see the mouse in just one day! I'm so jealous but my day will come I'm having to just keep telling myself that. lol..

I'm going to find out if we can go ahead and book this then! Out of all our times going to disney we have never seen this show so we are looking forward to it.

The restaurants involved are: Hollywood Brown Derby, Mama Melrose & Hollywood & Vine (listed in order of most expensive to least). Yes, you can still book it once you are there.

Fortunately for, my dad hates waiting for anything, especially a show. He's agreeing to pick up the tab for dinner at MGM if we can get those priority seats at Fantasmic...

When making your adr's just say that you want to do the fantasmic dining package on whatever day and say where you want to eat and they will sort you out.

Wow, thanks for the info, I didn't realize you couldn't make Fantasmic dinner resv. for this time in advance. Can't believe you have to pay the tab in advance, I never had to do that before.

I have made the Fantasmic reservation twice before and eaten at H&V. We have always made reservation in advance and had to pay for it with credit card. I think there is like a 24 or 48 hour refund window on it. It is without a doubt the BEST way to see the BEST show ever. The food was pretty Fantasmic too!!

I just made my 2nd ADR for the Fantasmic Pkg for H&V

They ask for a CC guarantee.
if you cxl less than 48hrs prior, they charge your cc
otherwise you can cxl up to 48hrs prior and you pay for the meal when you dine.

And you can't use this as part of your dining meal plan.
You pay separately.
