Upcoming WDW discount!

Rumor has it that Disney will shortly be releasing a general public discount for Walt Disney World for July 5 - August 27, 2005 period. No word about the amount or type of discounts, but keep watching for more information.

Thanks for keeping us informed. Glad to see general public discounts have not gone away. I am sure they will not be as deeply discounted as in the past.

Jeffery, we are going to Disney World 29 days after you leave for Nairobi. Here is the plan, fly from Nairobi to Orlando and you can come back with us.

i received an email a few days ago with the famous email code number on it. It advertised 5 nights, 6 days at a value resort including the meal plan from $425 per person for adults. I am sick because I cannot use it as my child will just be starting kindergarten... Disney you are killing me here!!! And my husband just agreed to go again... Oh- what to do????

what e-mail? from a newsletter? what website? what is the code? sorry I am new to all this! still planning my fiance's birthday surprise to WDW! I applied for the Disney Visa so hopefully I'll know if I'm approved or not and can finance my vacation! Where do I have to go to get that 5nt/6day value plus dining deal?

No laughing here. The postcards usually have a pin number that can only be used by the person it was sent to. Sorry!

I wish that I could share it with you. I think that I get it because I sign up to receive emails and info about resorts, anything about WDW in general. Also, I answer about 2-3 surveys a year. Most of the survey questions are about travel, length of stay, where we plan to visit, etc. I guess that we fit in their demographic... whatever that is! I have no idea how I get these emails... Sorry, I wish that I could share it with EVERYONE!!!!

I'm going August 17th-24th so this would be perfect me!! However, what kind of discounts have these been in the past? Is it usually only on packages, with hotel included, or have they ever just done discounts on passes? We're renting a villa with another family, and we already have air fare, so I only need discount passes!! I bet they never discount those, though, huh?

This would only be for resort rooms. I know there are a couple of places that you can get a small discount on tickets but it isn't much.

This is the best place I have heard of (other than Disney) to get tickets:
