I have to agree comes in handy during the hot weather. Its not my favorite due to the fact that alot of the drinks just taste terrible.

But I guess thats what attracts alot of the kids is that they liked to be grossed out.

I don't get ticked about rehabs very often, I understand they are needed. However this one I'm pretty ticked off about. I mean we have a empty restuarant that is no longer used behind the bakery type shop, that could be a temporary store and sampling area well this area is being rehabbed. There is also a empty hall and the odesey restuarant that could be used to temp house something like the ice station cool. I really didn't believe wdw would do this till I saw it today walled off.

We arrived on 5/26 (late - after 9:00pm) and it was still open. When we went back the next day, it was CLOSED! It was boarded up....not just a rumor.

I've never been here. I'm assuming it's similar in style to the Coke factory in Atlanta?

Ice Cool Station was a GREAT place to cool off. You walked in the enterance and it had air conditioning that they keep really cool probably around 40 and then sometimes they would bring in snow and keep it in there. Then you would enter into an area and could taste Coca-Cola products from around the world. It was really a great to cool off at Epcot since there are not too many well shaded areas, especially in Future World.

i think that ice station cool is the right place to take a rest. we need a bench inside of the ice station cool.

Yep, same samples there as Ice station cool, you just don't get the coke tour, just straight to the drinking

We had the chance to talk to a CM at Epcot on Monday morning and he said to expect big changes. Also, looks like the Fountainview is going to be changed into something else, and they are taking a serious look at changing Innoventions. The guy seemed really knowledgeable, but I guess it is all still speculative.

Ice Station Cool is no more, but it will be re-themed and reopen in several months. I have heard that it will be named "Club Cool" and themed to a dance club. I'll post more updates as I get them
