Terrible. Why do so many people feel entitled to money for "pain and suffering" and of course they go after the party with the biggest wallet regardless if they were at fault or not.

I think the 'victim' has had this whole thing sewn up from the start. From watching the video of her so called injuries and brain damage- yeh right!! she was out to make money out of Disney and at the price of someone's liberty. Apparently she is very adept at law suits as she has sued people before including her children's Principal and Vice Principal.
Maybe an incident did take place but I dont think for one moment it was as severe and traumatic as she made out-she should be on trial for Perjury.
