Re: Rumor: ADR's back to 90 days?
Hmm.
Well, if that happens, it's just an extra 90 days to ruminate and refine those dining plans before actually making them. ![]() But more people will be prepared at 90 days- which makes it harder on the commando-planners.

Re: Rumor: ADR's back to 90 days?
I read that same rumor. I think I read it would only be for a short time while the computers were changed over and then it would go back to 180 days.
Sounds like a real mess to me. I wouldn't mind it going back to 90 days. It's hard to plan meals 6 months out, a lot can change between 180 days out and your trip. On the flip side, it's nice to have things in place early and not have to wait to book ADRs.

Re: Rumor: ADR's back to 90 days?
I liked the 90 days better as well! With the exception of this past trip we hardly plan our trips that far in advance! Usually we don't set the dates in stone until three or four months ahead of time. 180 days is too hard to plan out where you want to eat. Especially with the delays of the schedules lately.

Yes I agree, not everyone can plan that far in advance, and if you are doing a more spur of the moment trip.. well sorry the adr's are gone. |

Re: Rumor: ADR's back to 90 days?
I have to request my vacation time mostly 6 months in advance, so our trips now are well planed out. The 180 day mark is fine for us, but it would not kill us to do it 90 days in advance either. As Bruce said, the days of walk up are over, so making ADR's is still the way to go.

Re: Rumor: ADR's back to 90 days?
I think 90 days would be better. It was so hard when I booked my ADRs at 180 days for my Nov trip.
I had to book them without knowing the park hours, Osborne Lites dates, Candlelight Proc dates and without having my air booked yet. ![]()

Re: Rumor: ADR's back to 90 days?
I would also be ok with 90 days again. 180 days out was too much for me as well.

As someone who lives close, I definitely like the 90 days better.

i agree - it is hard to effectively plan a trip without knowing the park hours. 90 days is much better

Re: Rumor: ADR's back to 90 days?
That will be fine with us. We have everything booked for our upcoming trip, but we don't mind doing 90 days instead of 180 days. Just as long as our next trip doesn't happen in the middle of the confusion,I am ok with it.

Re: Rumor: ADR's back to 90 days?
As long as they don't go back to putting the park hours up only 90 days in advance, I could care less. This won't bother me...I plan well in advance and call on the first day I can for ADRs...no biggie to me if it's 180 days or 90 before.
