I agree. I am not a big Sea World fan. But, if Disney buys it, perhaps it can mean it will be a much better, magical park. The Nautilus, A Shark Tale, Little Mermaid & Nemo all incorperated in with Sea World's attractions.

Maybe I will finally have a chance to visit Sea World if Disney buys them. At least I would know what level of service to expect. I find I always end up comparing other parks to WDW and they always fall short!

I totally agree. We pay soooo much money to stay and play at WDW why would I want to leave to go to a park that isn't going to live up to the standards as WDW does. If Disneys buys it then it will be on our list of places to go next trip.

I'll be sad if the Clydesdales leave. And especially the Clydesdale Donkey.... and the chocolate cake - they have the best chocolate cake in the entire world.

We love SeaWorld. I have no problem with Disney taking it over, but I wouldn't like the ambience there to change.

Re: Disney may have interest in Sea World

Thanks for the link.

This is worth watching- Wounder if it would take the Disney name.
If so would we get it as part of our Disney ticket - what about transport.

There is just to many what, ifs and buts

time will tell

I think this would be great. I would love to see what Disney would do with a place like SeaWorld!

Re: Disney may have interest in Sea World

I wonder how this would work out...
Would Disney be buying the Park and attractions?
Would they count it as a 5th park?
The transportian would be diffrent from Disney Parks also, like duration wise?

I'll wait

I miss SeaWorld Ohio too and would totally go to SeaWorld in Orlando if Disney bought it and had park transportation.

Re: Disney may have interest in Sea World

I was in Busch Gardens Williamsburg yesterday and we were discussing who might be interested in buying the AB parks and I was saying it they would be a great addition for Disney. I just can't see somebody like Paramount Kings Dominion (getto) running the AB Parks.

Disney was looking at northern Virginia for a history theamed park years ago and the NIBYs thumbed their noses at The Mouse.

Williamsburg is already one of the Disney Adventures destinations and with the possible exception of BG Tampa I don't really see there would be alot of confilct in competing with their existing parks. Williamsburg/Virginia Beach would be prime area for DVC locations.
