Arrrgh! Pirate and princess parties cancelled!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news. Just heard from a VERY reliable source that there will be NO Pirate and Princess Parties for 2009. They've all been cancelled. If you bought a ticket already, get ready for a refund.

Awwww....just not in the budget next year huh? I can understand as part of the reason we enjoyed it so much in feb was due to the low attendance!!!!

Oh well, I suppose...I'll just look forward to going to MVMCP next year! Hopefully they don't take those away too!

Wow! Even on a good day, it's sometimes hard to dish out the extra cash for the parties . . . (not that I don't do it!

) So in this economy I'm not surprised!

Here's hoping for their return in 2010!

Darn Rowdy you ruined my day

, but I can understand the decision. Disney is obviously trying to cut back in many ways and this is just another. Hopefully they'll bring them back in 2010.

So this means it's only cancelled for 2009? It could reappear sometime after that?
