Stitch?!?
Does anyone have any idea when the Stitch Adventure thing is opening at the Magic Kingdom? We're planning a trip at the end of October and are really hoping it will be open. Thought I'd be more likely to find the info. here than anywhere else!

Opening late 2004, I am hoping that it is completed by Thanksgiving 04. I have heard recently that construction walls have gone up around the outside for exterior work to proceed.

Officially, it opens on October 11.
But I started another thread called Stitch's Great Escape where I asked for verification of rumors that castmember allow guests to ride attractions before they open. Castmembers on this forum has told me that it is true, and if you're lucky that a castmember would let you experience the ride. THe "soft unofficial" opening came and past in March/April. Another poster told me that once the soft opening passes, sometimes the ride will open early to not only lucky guests, but to all guests. Like M:Space was open in August about 2 weeks before the publicized date of opening. |

Too bad. We just missed going on the ride they closed down to make room for Stitch.
