More on west-coast Disney Magic cruises
Is it worth it?
We still aren't sure what the CM discount will be for one of the west coast crusies, but looking at the online prices for the basic 7 night Mexico cruise, they range from $6,000 to $9,000 for 4 of us, without the discount. Even if the discount were 50%, that's still a hefty price to pay for a Mexico cruise. What makes this so much better than going to the same ports via Royal Caribbean or Norwegian or some other top-notch line, where you'd still pay a fraction of the price? When we got married we took a 7 day Mexico cruise on Norwegian and paid $749 per person. What makes a Disney cruise stand out? On the west coast, there is no Disney-owned island to stop at...Mexico is Mexico, no matter what boat you take to get there... |
