When to sign up ?

If we want our kids to use the oceaneer club or lab do we have to sign them up for certain times or can we just drop in when we want? Is there limited space or can everyone use it whenever??

If you have to sign up how do you go about doing that?

I believe it is recommended that you sign them up as soon as possible after boarding. There is a bunch of paperwrok that needs to be filled out.
I am not sure if there is limited space or not. I would tend to believe that if you have a child on the cruise that is the appropriate age for one of the clubs you wouldn't be turned away.
