As an update:

The normal price for a 3 night cruise in January is $1,233.70 for two adults in a category 11. The discounted military price is going to be $698 plus taxes of about $100, or under $800 total.

You may also upgrade to a better room on board the ship if you are interested. The discount is about 35% off of the best rate right now, regardless of the room or length of stay.
