Pirates in the Caribbean
T-3 days (see www.sydneyrose.net)
Just wondering if anyone has been on the Wonder 4 day crusie and experience the Pirates in the Caribbean theme nite? I read the basic Disney post but haven't heard of any first hand experiences or even it they are doing it on the Wonder yet.... Has anyone seen it? Any details? Thanks TJ |

We just returned from a 4 day Wonder cruise...our first ever cruise. It was awesome! The Pirates of the Caribbean night was great. The theme permeated everything from the characters in pirate gear to the dinner to the wonderful party on Deck 9...complete with fireworks and a spectacular midnight buffet. Feasting on huge turkey legs, fajitas and chile was great! The dessert table was gorgeous right down to the chocolate ships, and pirate faced watermelon sculptures. Live entertainment for all ages rounded out the experience...bring your eye patch and a hearty appetite! |

Did it a couple of years ago during the Halloween season. The night was great with pirates roaming the ship and dining rooms. There were carved pirate pumpkins at the dessert tables. Don't forget to at least bring your sword, hat and eye patch. It was great fun.

Oh, who was it...um....Amelia's Man?? I think it was his trip report...he had a pretty good first-hand account of what it was like!

Yeah, that was me! So instead of re-writing the report here, you should check it out over in the Trip Reports thread! Suffice to say, it was a really great time!! My favorite meal on board, and the best party afterwards as well!

We did the 4 day Wonder in June, and Pirates Night was great! My 2 sons said it was their favorite evening. Be sure to take part in the party on Deck 9 complete with fireworks.
