Wow! That sums it up. I've been on five cruises, with four different cruise lines. Disney is by far the most enjoyable cruise to date. The ships are gorgeous, and the rooms are larger than the average size. Also, Disney has the rotating dining each evening, so you don't have to sit in the same dining room each night. It also gives a wider selection of food. Speaking of food, never forget that room service (except for beverages) is free also...take advantage of a midnight snack!

Let's see...the shows on the Disney ships are excellent. They are staged in a theatre setting, and are quite elaborate by cruising standards.

Disney's island in the Bahamas, Castaway Cay, is much cleaner with more to do ashore than the other private islands I've visited with other cruise lines.

If you get a chance to do a cruise, you will love Disney!:)

Thanks for info.

What is the one thing you should not miss on a Disney cruise?

Goodness...only one thing not to miss? That's a tough one. I guess it depends on what you enjoy. If you are a morning person, do not miss the sunrise from your balcony, if you are lucky enough to get a verandah room (we booked an inside cat 10 and were upgraded to a navigator verandah cat 7!). Or you can take a stroll to on deck to watch the sunrise or even the sunset.

If you are a theatre lover, do not miss "Disney Dreams". It is incredible and involves many of the Disney characters. My hubby skipped it...we made sure to let him know he missed one of the best moments of the cruise.

Be sure to eat dinner in the restaurants rather than the buffet as each restaurant experience is truly a delight.

The one thing onshore not to miss is taking a bike ride on Castaway Cay to the end of the path. A breathtaking view of the water in a quiet unknown spot. (And you get to pass by the old deserted plane on the way.)

Hope this helps!:)
