Re: Disney Cruise for adults with no children?

Yesterday I spoke with a coworker of mine (a Disney fanatic whose license plate reads DSNYLND) who went on a Disney Cruise a few years ago. She was a little disappointed to find children in the adults only areas and even more disappointed that the CM's did not address the issue.

Has anyone else had this experience?

I would be disappointed too, but in the 3 times I've sailed with them, I've never had this problem. Not that there were never any children in the quiet/adult pool area...some people are gonna try or are just not aware of the rules....but in each instance a CM always addressed the issue and politely reminded the guests that it was an adults only area. Hopefully your friends experience was an isolated incident.

Now, if they offered adult stuff like the Disney Institute used to offer -- cool seminars on imagineering and things like that -- then I'd be much more interested.
