Port Canveral to Cape Canaveral
Does anyone know how far it is from the port to the cape? I was thinking that our flight home isn't until 5:30 or so, maybe we could have a fun 1/2 day at the space center and then tootle on over to the airport.
I know there's someone out there who knows

We did a NASA tour when our NCL cruise stopped in Port Canaveral. I think the bus ride out there was over 1/2 hour, but I'm not sure.

Last year we saw a satalite rocket launch from the ship as we were pulling out "very cool"
