That happened to me once, I just kept playing around with it and finally got it to work. It's gone now though.

Okay, I figured it out:

First, you have to have 100 posts.

Then, it'll be under User CP under Edit Options.

Oh ok. I didn't know. I used to have an older account but I can't seem to get into it anymore.
