How much per point and what are you requesting as a deposit?

$12.00 per point. 50% deposit upon telephone reservation with MS. Remaining balance upon written confirmation from DVC MS. I do have a written renter's agreement for both parties to sign. No refunds but I will work with you to reschedule your date within the use year if you should have to cancel your reservation. I accept paypal or bank checks.

Good. Asked the question to get you to give more of a description of your expectations. It helps for people who are looking to rent.
