Is it complicated in looking up to see if AKV value studio is available for December 28th through January 2nd? Reason being, I've been keeping my eye on 75 points on the resale side. If that time slot is available, there's a possibility I'll jump the gun and buy the points so we can surprise the kids for Christmas break. If not, I would prefer to wait to purchase points until next year, after I receive a bonus I've been promised (which the trust factor is really not there).

If you wouldn't mind, my fellow DVCers, can someone please check?

I hear that value rooms are extremely hard to get....if you don't book at 11 months out.

I agree if you don't book right at the 11th month window you may be out of luck especially that time of year everything books up. However, you may be able to get into saratoga springs

I'm going to have to agree with everyone else, Christmas is a difficult time to book this late. People book that time of year at 11 months out to get what they want so grabbing a room this late would be hard.

I hope you don't give up on buying a small contract for another trip.
