Wonderful list .... question: when you say chcek adr .. do you actually call disney dining and make sure you still have the reservations with your confirmation number or just mean make sure you put them in your document place (it's like the laughing place .. they go in and never come out)?

No, I call and go through each and every ADR and make sure that they have the correct time and date in their computer system. I will do this multiple times before going. I also check my resort reservations, airline, towncar and anything else...multiple times..I dont want any mistakes. If you do it a few weeks in advance and find an error, there is still time to fix it. If you wait to long, you may be without a favorite table service.

Thanks Dana! I can always use a ready made list when packing for a Disney trip. Sometimes it takes longer to make the list than it does to pack the stuff!

You can also ask the CM who checks you in to print up your ADR's for you. That is if you are staying on site of course.

Yes, you should also do that. You really should...must....check them at least two weeks before you go. There have been mistakes with mine before that I would not have been able to fix once there.

My document place ... it also has a place in the front that will hold room key/park key, id and index cards or misc stuff. I am adding pages to the back as autograph pages if the boys want to get them. I decided to break the thing down into days .. so, each day includes park hours for that day, dining ressies and a schedule for parades and fireworks. I also added a plane reservation page, copies of my room reservations .. and counter service resteraunt list as well as a list of best places to find charchters I think the boys would like to see. I hope I covered it all. I was trying to get it all into something manageable. Thanks again for the list .. oh, and all my ressies for dining were still there and right!
