I didn't think of disinfecting the hotel room when we got to California.. I wonder if thats why DD got sick afterwards.. Specially since she never got sick before then.

One little thing I have on my list that didn't "notice" on yours (doesn't mean its not there, I may have overlooked) I saw mentioned spare batteries...
We bring rechargable batteries and a battery charger!

Yeah, they are on there, but they are hard to see.

I'm itchy just READING the list!

I do appreciate the packing items though as I can certainly see myself not remembering some and I especially like the Clorox disinfecting wipes idea!!!

I am glad that it's being used....I actually have a color copy of this printed out and would be happy to mail it to anyone who wants it.

Great ideas!!!!! bath toys and hangers for my son are on our list - we always bring those with us. I LOVE the clothes pins idea and the shoe organizer idea!!!!

At first I was thinking it was a great idea for all of the flip flops I bring but it is even better for toiletries!

This germ stuff just plain groses me out! I can deal with it, now that I have put my disinfectaing wipes on my list of stuff to get at Walmart when I get down there, but... my daughters love the big tubs in the DVC villas. They cant wait to get in them and see all of the bubbles! This time I am going to have to say they are broke, because I just can't handle the thought of what the jets will be "bubbleing" out! Ugh!!!!!!!

Something that I do because I have several little kids is I collect souvenier things at tagsales and goodwill all year long and then bring them with me so I dont spend the money while there. I have hats and light up things and all the stuff the kids want me to buy with me before we go and it saves a lot!

Great list! I'm writing my own since we leave on Monday and I haven't started to pack

Another item that I read about last year (and bought) was BODYGLIDE. It is an anti-chafing skin protectant. It looks like a small stick of deoderant, but is used to keep from getting that friction burn that happens when you walk alot. (At least those of us in the Pooh-size catergory have this problem) You can also use it on your feet... at least thats what the package says. It can be purchased at almost any sporting goods store.

I have this in my WDW planner (Ok, Fine. It is a binder that resembles Monica Geller's wedding planner). And we all learned the benefit of the list when Dana checked her flights.

My DD gets heat rash a lot! I will have to go and get this for her. Actually, I got it last trip too and that IS painful. Thanks for the tip!
