Florida car seat laws

Does anybody know Florida's requirement for booster seats?

Is it an age or height/weight requirement?

Just wondering because it would be nice not to have to bring one along or pay to rent one.

Thanks.

This sure is the place to get all my questions answered.

I am pretty sure it is up to 40 pounds...car seat. Then, 40-80 pounds booster seat. Even if I am wrong, I would bring a seat anyway. Keep your children safe!
