we booked thru AAA once and got a great rate.. super cheap on the room. I also got a discount thru the mail and at first our travel agent wanst going to use it until I told her to try. overall i was happy with them.

The thing that I have come to realize is that I know a LOT more than most travel agents when it comes to Disney so no matter who I use and how much I save, I will be hands on in the planning and reservations anyhow- I explain my knowlege to the agent first off and we go from there... so far so good
