Thanks DisneyAnne!!!!

I printed out this thread last night and read it to my kids.

We are really excited to try to find all the cool things listed. My son is especially interested in the Splash Mountain "FSU" critter. When I read this outloud, I realized how it sounds!!!! Does it sound "bad" when the critter says it?
The reason he is interested is because "this week" he wants to go to college in Florida. I am so ashamed. I had hopes for Notre Dame!!!

AH....a good Catholic family? I always wanted to go to ND, but never had the grades.

FSU is exactly how it sounds. I know what you are hitting on, but it was a very pure sound. ;)

I have my hopes for both of 'em. They both love the college and the sports.

My son only wants to go to FSU because it's warm and he loves to be FSU when we play NCAA Football and Basketball on Playstation 2.:devil

If he's looking for warm and sports, try South Carolina on for size. We were shocked at how realistic it all is on that game. I must admit, however, that FSU would give you a good excuse to stop and see the mouse a little more often... ;)

When I said they love the college, I meant to say ND. My son also likes Duke. But that's because he likes the basketball team (yuk!!). That's a little closer to you. Whoops, I'm probably treading on dangerous ground with you, being a Gamecocks fan and all!!!;) Does your hubby work for the USC?

rlander ~ FSU is a great school!! I am a 'Nole and it is an awesome and beautiful school. I have lived in FL since I was 10 yrs old. Another great school is USF in the Tampa area. I went there before transfering to FSU. It is an awersome school also.
Plus think how easy it would be to visit the Mouse :) !!!

Hmmmmm!!!!

You guys have me thinking maybe we should move to Florida.

Let's see..... a nice little house in Celebration....kids go to FSU and get a great education....kids get jobs as Imagineers at WDW....mom and dad take the grandchildren to WDW every day of the year.....

Sounds like a good plan to me!!!!

Better get that for sale sign in the front lawn :)
Also, Univ of Central Fl is another great school, and it is in Orlando :)

No comment on that other school in Gainesville, though some people like it :hmmm
