i have to say that when we were there in May there were NO photo pass people and in the places that they were there was a line to use them- I saw a few here and there with characters and actually one at SSR at the pool but there really were few to be found. I saw 2 on main street, one on the second day at MK on teh bridge and that was about it at MK and there normally are a bunch on the main drag at Epcot to get the ball and fountains but because the fountains were down there were NONE. I saw 2 on the bridge at AK but that was about it- it was very sparce to say the least.
