I prepaid for the photopass CD because last year they had photographers everywhere. I thought this would be a good idea because I take all the pictures and now I could actually be in the pictures .
Our family is overdue for a new family picture and I thought I would use the best one to enlarge and make reproductions for holiday cards.
Alas, I am here right now, the second day of our visit, and I have not seen one photopass photographer, anywhere!
They have the character photographers, but please, we don't want to a. wait forever in those lines and b. have a character in our family picture. (We do love the characters and have lots of our own pictures with them from character dining)
How am I ever going to fill a cd?? At this point, I want to a. get a refund and b. warn you all that they don't have lots of those camera kids around anymore!!!!!!!!!
And I was looking so forward to this service because of all the good reports about it.

That's too bad. We just got home today and saw lots of them but mostly at the front of each park. There were maybe 5 along Main Street every day and similar places at each park. There was usually one near Crystal Palace to get a castle picture there.

I hope you find some and get enough pictures to make it worth it.

We've been at Epcot - but they should have some there too and they should be more VISIBLE.

There were some at Epcot just as we walked in the park to get photos in front of SSE and the planter. Other than that I don't know that I saw any who weren't with characters. We also saw one by where you walk to WS from FW.

If you just got home today I wonder if we were both in Stormalong Bay yesterday! I wish I had known what you look like. My dh and kids were at the ping pong tables, I was having a malt from Beaches while frying myself near the pool.

Ask at guest relations where the photopass photographers are located, they will tell you!

Also, you can upload all your own photos to the website and add them to the disk before you order it . . . you can add boarders and dates and park icons to them!

Since we enter at the other entrance (in World Showcase) we didn't go to the very front, and I didn't think we had to because I assumed, as in the past, they would have more picture takers out there.

We were doing parks yesterday. Did someone give your family pool noodles? I didn't feel like bringing them home so I passed them off to a family yesterday. If you see a fat purple or green noodle in the pool this week it may have been ours. We spent 2 full day in SAB and loved every minute of it. When we got our room charges we had 2 pages of charges to Hurricane Hannah's! We had a blast and enjoy the resort as much as we could.

We had to do that once because we had so many credits left on our last day.

We got too much sun one day at SAB and burned a little. I felt awful but I put sunscreen on several times during the day but it wasn't enough. I guess 9 am to 5 pm is too much......

That is so strange, it's normally the case that you are avoiding the whordes of PhotoPass photographers in all the parks. Try some of these spots that I CLEARLY remember the photorahpers being....

- topiary garden area of the MK
- In front of the Nemo sculptures at EPCOT (outside the attraction)
- NY street in the Studios
- the bridge before you enter the Asia area in AK, near Everest
- in front of the fountain in Italy's World Showcase pavillion
- the fountain in the German World Showcase pavillion
- in the back of the Kodak store in the Magic Kingdom (right as you enter to the right)

Those are just a few suggestions off the top of my head. I really hope you find many more & make a GREAT cd full of family pictures!

I'm so sorry you're having such a rough time finding Photopass photographers! DH and I saw a lot of them when we were there in Feburary, but they all seemed to be in really bad spots. (i.e. the picture we got in front of the castle - it's at such a bad location and angle, DH practically covers the entire castle!!)

I hope you have a lot better luck with them soon! I'm sure you'll end up with some great family pics!
