Waterproof holder for pool time!
I am wondering if anyone knows of anything that is waterproof that holds stuff such as keys and money while we are swimming. Some things I don't feel comfortable leaving while we are all swimming together in the pools!

They sell these waterproof plastic box on a string that work well. Walmart sells them, as do most water parks. I don't remember if Disney had then because I brought mine from home. I lost mine in the Lazy River at Blizzard Beach. It was returned and all inside was dry!

Disney's water parks sell fatter ones that should be able to hold a couple of keys, cards, and money. I think they are about and inch thick.

We rent lockers while at the water parks and stash all our (important) stuff in there while we are doing rides. We try to station ourselves not too far from the lockers so it is not a pain...also remember floating the lazy river around to the locker rooms to get our stuff...many times only one parent goes with the kids at a time, also...the locker keys are on a plastic bracelet thing that goes around your wrist so you can wear it. We do keep our keys (KTTW) with us for DDP lunch, though, my DH's suit has a pocket, that way we dont need any money with us (except for snacks and adult beverages - they are not available on the DDP at the water parks).

The waterproof card holders are plenty big enough to hold the room keys, money, and a few other things lol. We bought ours at typhoon lagoon and it worked very well and kept all of our stuff completely dry no matter what rides we went on lol.

I just remembered this...
The first time we went to one of the waterparks we inquired about the waterproof holder for our money. The CM gave us the option to have a mini Disney Gift Card on a bracelet instead. We added money to it and kept it on our wrist with our locker key. We saved the $6.00 that we would have spent on the waterproof holder. It worked out great. Plus, I let my husband use it for the rest of our trip- like it was his little allowance!!  I think he still has it. If you lose it they will replace it as long as you have the receipt.

They sell them at most of the resort stores. I got the thin one and replaced the ziplock pocket one that came with my bathing suit. Not a drop down to 10 feet.
