Definitely mid-February. There are a few events going on at that time that make it a bit more crowded, but it's still relatively light in comparison to the week of Easter. (We went to MK the week of Easter back when we had APs.... all we got done was TTA, the riverboat, and Hall of Presidents.
 We got FPs for Space Mountain at 9 am that could be redeemed at 10 pm!)
