LOL! I always thought the same thing until I noticed that there was air coming from the floor that was slightly blowing a costume & realized they must have some sort of cool air pumped in. I'm sure it's still not super comfortable, but I don't think it's as bad as I originally thought.

Re: Tinks August 2004 TR

they would have to be air conditioned ... I never really thought they could be any other way. I loved this picture of the parade so much because of the way that part of the castle was in the background. someone said something about how good my pictures were .. and I am really nothing when it comes to taking pictures ..my videos are awful ..you wouldnt believe how many times I forget to stop the record ..and end up taping the sidewalk and peoples feet ..or like in the Crystal palace right after micheal sang to Barbie, I forgot to stop the recording and its just sitting there on the table tapping nothing but part of the window.

Actually, I bet it's very comfortable.

Disney isn't going to take any risks and put itself in a difficult spot with OSHA. I bet the weather in those plastic globes is in the high 60s and dry with a gentle breeze.

Re: Tinks August 2004 TR

Hi tinkerbell,

I really enjoyed reading your trip report. With all the details, and of course the photos, I could really picture your descriptions. I'm sorry to hear the ending wasn't totally magical, but I'm glad to hear everyone was OK.

I have a friend with MS and I've never heard him complain about anything. I really don't know how he manages with such a positive attitude. From reading your report, it sounds like you, your DH, and family are real troopers, too. I really admire those qualities.

First of all, I love your report and the pictures. It is really nice to have a face to put with the names on here. I always wonder what someone looks like. Thanks for sharing!

Now...about that water. I just have to laugh when I grab a bottle of water now. A dinosaur drank this first? I won't tell my boys this one. I can just here John now....no, I won't tell him. Let him read it in his Science book or something.

Isnt it funny what sticks in your head. I cant count the times we have seen that show and I cant remember anything else on those monitors, but I dont think I will ever forget that or look at water the same again.
