Tigger's Anniversary report...
Ok so you might be wondering why I'm putting stuff about my anniversary in the trip report area. Well we went to the new Disney Store on 5th ave in NYC that's why
 Up front...our 15th anniversary was this past Wednesday (yeah for us) but because of work we really haven't been able to do anything until this weekend. On Friday my wife's boss thru a party/wine tasting up on 98 and madison (over looked central park -- it was dark yippy) it was a lovely evening and nice way to start the weekend. Saturday we hung out around the house (DW had some work to do) I ran earns brought home take out watched the new Aladdin DVD. Sunday we went back into NYC and walked around. Had brunch at the Rainbow Room (picture of view below) then went to democracy plaza (ice rink area of Rockefeller(sp?) center) which NBC and bank of america set up for the election. We then walked up to 5th ave to the new Disney Store (among other places). As you might know, Disney just reopened the 5th ave store after closing it down for renovations. The only real change that I could see was some shifting of some merchandise, more terminals to book vacation, and they now have a meet and greet area on the third floor. The NYC store also has a whole bunch of NYC/Disney branded merchandise. If you do come to NYC the 5th ave store is just north of the Rock one block south of Trump Tower. Maybe later in this thread I'll post a short walking tour of midtown.
