Our last 2 trips

We first took our boys (then 10 months and almost 3) to WDW and stayed at the All-Star Music Resport. DH and I stayed there previously so we stayed there again. DH And I were hit terribly with food poisoining on the flight. It was horrible. On the 2nd morning, we were getting ready to go to a character breakfast at the Polynesian when the bathroom door got closed on my 10 month old's figer. it nearly sut it right off. So off to the hospital we went (dh took our oldest to the breakfast still). We spent 7 hours at the Celebration FLA hospital and were treated wonderfully. Our youngest survived the ordeal, with barely a scar noticeable now! thank heavens for Codine! The rest of our 12 day trip was great!

On our trip last year (when the boys were 1.5 & 3.5) we left early inthe am for a 9:30 flight. Wer got stuck in Toronto traffic for 4 hours (it's usually a 1 .25 hour drie). We missed our flight to Orlando, but managed a flight to Tampa, we drove from Tampa to WDW, and the thought of missing the flight rarely came to mind. It didn't spoil the trip at all.

When we go again this December, we are planning on staying at a hotel the night before the flight so that we don't get stuck again!

Wow ...really tough starts to two vacations. I hope this one goes off without a hitch.

you know what though ... I am glad your going back ..sometimes when you have bad experiences you dont want to return ...besides ..you know they saying
third time is a charm ! hopefully for you its a pixie dust filled trip!!

I don't think that an experience at Disney could ever be so bad that I would never return. it's funy, because even though we missed our flight, and caought another (and it was stressful with a 1 & 3 year old) we still did it, laughed about it afterward and it never occured that we couldn't make it there (somehow!).
