Day 2-Epcot

The day did not get off to a good start as DGD pitched a fit because she wanted in her stroller in the parking lot. We were so close to the entrance we decided to walk instead of taking the tram. And the park had been open for an hour! She was happy as soon as we got in because the double decker bus pulled up with Mickey on board so we got some great pictures. We immediately got Fast Passes for Fast Track and then went to Wonders Of Life. We all rode Body Wars in less than 10 min. I took motion sickness pills and enjoyed it for the first time(it is the only ride that has made me queasy).After a while exploring it was on to the Energy Pavillion. I loved the updated movie with Bill Nye(I'm a teacher!) and DGD was not scared during the ride part. Next, back to Fast Track and it was awesome! DGD loves anything fast. All 6 of us could ride together and it was the best thing all day. We went to the Imagination paviillion next and were absolutely the only ones on the ride. We walked up, no line and just stepped on. I am thinking this is weird, but that's OK! I liked the old ride better but at least Figment was there. The 3D movie is great, especially the snake and the rats. DGD was intimidated by all 3D movies but was a trooper through them all. She just kept the glasses off through most of it. When we came out a huge storm was coming. We went to The Land as it was close to time for PS and our ice cream treat. I was a little disappointed in DGD time with characters, but the ice cream was great! Last, in FW was The LS which is my least favorite. But, everyone else in our group loved it. WS was not changed from my visit 5 years ago. We rode the tired ride in Mexico and hated having to miss Malestrom. Everything was beautiful and we took many pics. DGD tolerated just walking well as long as she was in her trusty stroller.

So those really worked for you. That's good news. I am planning on trying some on this trip so I can enjoy some attractions that normally make me sick.:dazed

WOW I haven't seen a Double Decker Bus since I was a kid! I guess they only get them out when it really busy! I'm sure that was fun! Thanks for posting keep em coming!
