Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

Ooops,I forgot the rest of my report!!!!! Here goes: We got there a little after 10 in the morning. It was COLD!!!!!!! I had on a sweatshirt and a sweater and I wasn't really warm. We browsed along the main drag in MGM and lined up for the 11:30 Beauty & the beast show. I love this one!!! After BATB,we went on the Great Movie Ride. I always get the ganster. I don't remember the last time we had the cowboy. After that,we happened to pass by Voyage of the little mermaid and since the show began in less than 5 minutes,we decided to try it out. It was okay,but not worth waiting on line for. We then went on the Magic of Animation,which was nice. I would go on that again. We then breezed through the Walt Disney exhibit because we wanted to get seats for the parade. We got a bench right outside the camera store on Hollywood Blvd. I love the MGM parade!!! After that,we had our PS at Hollywood and Vine. That restaurant is soooooooo good!!!!! After we finished,we decided we were too cold to stay,so we went home. All in all,a very good day.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL...my mom sympathizes. Unfortunately for our family, gray hair seems to show up pretty early--I'm next in line! My grandmother's hair went from pure dark brown one month to pure silver the next month!!! Urgh....not looking forward to that.

It's okay Alma...life happens.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

If it makes you feel any better. My greys started to appear 2 years ago at the ripe old age of 27. Oh, but I wanted to color my hair anyhow and that just gave me the motivation. HMMMMMM grey hair, last for years of you know who, for more years, a few more grey hairs added, HMMMMM we might just be on to something.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister who is 28 already has many greys.....I don't yet and I'm 31. The reason I don't is because I dye my hair every 3 weeks faithfully. I haven't seen my natural color in 12 years and I like it..lol My hair was always light and then it just started getting darker and darker and I just didn't like it. So, I dye my hair to it's original color...not really phony that way...lol
Oh, I totally suffer from CRS disease too. My memory is selective I think..lol;

I started going grey when I was 23!! I laughed so hard when I read this thread because I honestly don't even know what my "real" hair color is.

I think selective memory keeps us sane.

Re: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

I really think that grey hair is a way the body deals with stress (I think it is different types of stress for different people -- we all handle things differently). My grandfather never had grey hair until my grandmother died. He went grey the month after and he lost all his color...all of it in about 4 weeks. He was totally heart broken (57 years together).

I started going grey about 4 years ago. I was just looking at some pictures of us a few weeks ago. It was amazing. No grey hairs before the launch of my business...now I have a nice mix of grey. What is really weird is how with a little exposer to the sun I start to turn into a red head.

Anyway about 4 years ago I experienced a lot of personal stress (work related) and puff greys. I didn't think it was stressful at the time (it was exciting ) but when I think back to that time I was pretty stressed.

It would be interesting to hear what you think of my theory and if you can trace your grays back to stress.

(This is not a threadjacking™...I'm embracing and extending the thread™)
