I just posted this in Chit Chat and didn't realize that there was an entire are just for Trip Reports.. So I Guess I 'll post it here too

Here's the TR>

Day 1- We left around 5 AM on Wendsday, We watched the Incredibles on the bus ride down. And a few other movies. Then when we got to the Disneyland area our Symphony played a few pieces of Music at a local elementary School. The kids were nice and asked a bunch of questions about us. Then we headed to NewPort beach for the afternoon, Hung out on the pier and swam in the ocean. Then later that evening we checked into the Hotel about 10 minutes from Disneyland.

Day 2- We left at 8:30 so we could get into Disneyland by 9:00 (that's when it opened) We rode Indiana Jones, Thundermountain, The Matterhorn, Pirates of the Caribean, and just hung out. At 11:00 we all met at ToonTown. A cast member came from back stage to get our group and our conductor. They took us backstage, wow it was Cool! So much stuff goes on backstage, We saw floats being built, Hauntedmansion cars being refurbished, California Screamin cars in Pieces, Jungle Cruise boats OUT of the water, Matterhorn Cars being fixed etc. etc. etc. So Cool! Just they didn't alow Photography. Drat. Anyways, We went to the changing rooms and got into nice clothes. Then our guide took us through some underground tunnels that lead to fronteirland, then we crossed over from Frontierland to The castle/Fantasyland area where we played our music, We did pretty good, a lot of people stopped and watched. When we were done we went back the way we came. We changed, and the rest of the day was ours to hang out in Disneyland and have fun. The New BuzLightyear ride opened that day, it was Really really cool.

Day 3- We went to California Adventure just steps away from Disneyland. Here's the place that us Teens had the most fun. We rode Tower of Terror 5 times in a row! Then we rode all the thrilling rides on Paradise Pier. Then we rode Grizzly River run and Soarin' Over california. Lots of things to do, and we got them all done in one day. By 5:30 we had to head back over to Disneyland and back to toon town, where we would go backstage yet again. Lots of things were still going on backstage, Fireworks were being prepared for launch, Characters were walking around, etc. Heres where the fun started, we went into a Recording studio and recorded music to Movie clips, we did a scen from Peter Pan, then a scene from Beauty and the beatst, and also a part from the Emperors New Groove. It was a BLAST! A huge blast! After this we returned to the parks, it was dark by then. (we spent 2 hours in the recording studio) We watched the Fireworks, Rode Indiana Jones again, and BuzLightyear. Ate some food on Mainstreet and went home. It was a great day.

Day 4- We were supposed to go to Sixflags, but it was to rainy so it was closed :-( So we went to a huge mall and a Hard-Rocke Cafe instead. The day wasn't as good as planed but it was still fun. We headed home around 4 PM and got home about 1 AM.

Day 5- I was at home and decided to get on DC and give a trip Report. The trip Report started like this.......
"Day 1- We left around 5 AM on wendesday..................."

Okay, Here's the first one.

This is me on Grizzly River Run, I am "Lumpy". All the girls Decided that they really didn't want to get their stuff wet so they Put all their purses, Sweaters, etc under My sweater!

Great pictures! What elementary school did you play at? I used to teach in Anaheim, so I know the schools well I taught at Jefferson, Lincoln, and Madison.

I'm really not sure what elementary it was. Sorry.. I'm trying to remember. I remember the word "Salk" for some reason. All I know is that The school specified in Music, a bunch of music classes were taught. All the students we performed for were in a music class. Hope that gives you some hints on what school it might have been.

Oh yea, It was near Knots Berry Farm too.

Makes me want to go back!! It has been awhile since we did DL/CA! I am hoping we will go next year!!
