Day 4 MGM Studios

Today was a day for TOT this was the 2nd(yes 2nd) place we went,we went to get a Fast pass for RnR then off to TOT . We waited in line for about 10 minutes then off we went. All of my family did this including my 4 yo DD. Man the first drop really got all of us,but it was such a cool and awesome ride,when we got off my DD looked at me and said don’t make me get back on this ride again.DS and DD got shirts about TOT. Then we were off to RnR DD was to short which really did not sit to well with her so we did the baby swap with DS, which he did not complain about at all. We did The Great Movie Ride next and it was O.K. We then went our separate ways so DD could get Autographs and we could do Little Mermaid(Fast Pass earlier). DD and I do Little mermaid while DH and DS do Star Wars. My DD absolutely loved LM. When that let out we went to eat burgers (yuck)! We then had pictures made with Lilo & Stitch it was so cool stitch was sticking his finger in DS ears we got the best picture of it. We then stood in line for Mickey in Fantasia costume,picture and autograph. Needless to say it was raining now a complete downpour,lightning and all. We then did Indiana Jones, condensed version since it had rained. After that it was time for the Parade, we were a little late so we did not get a good place to see so DD & DS were on my & DH shoulders. What really got me was wherever we went all the character noticed DD,they would look right at her and wave or blow a kiss she is a blonde hair blue eyed beauty at 4.We tried the backlot tour ,but it did not happen,because another storm came up.We then went to the back woody,buzz etc… they loved that. We then went to get good seats to fantasmic 1hr and ½ early.We just snacked for supper.It was the most awesome show I have ever seen my kids were speechless for 25 minutes except for WOW ad LOOK. We then went to pick-up pictures and go back to resort. Oh yeah also to stop at lost and found DD lost autograph book in Little Mermaid we had bought her another when we realized it and tried to get more autographs,but her book was never turned in. That was our MGM experience except I left out DS rode RnR about 3 other times.I know this is not during my MGM day but I left out about Lion King when we went toAnimal Kingdom they talked to DD there also the guy came up to top where we were sitting and Kristan waved and he waved telling her I see you,I saw you all the way down at the bottom you are to pretty not to see.That show was good also there are way to many to choose from to say what you like best. Till tomorrow we hit Blizzard beach tommorow…..

I love MGM! It's too bad you didn't get to do the back lot tour.
Have you every been through it before?

I really love the Great Movie Ride. I know it needs some updating, but there is just something about it that I really love.

When we went in June, my hubby and son were in Star Tours and my daughter was sleeping during the parade. I fell into a good spot, but everyone else missed it! I really enjoyed that parade. It was great.

Isn't it nice how the cast members make our kids feel so special. The extra attention just makes the trip that much more magical!

TOT is our family favorite!! My daredevil DD (amost 4) loved it. We were so lucky when we went - the lines were 5 min. at most and walked on twice. She couldn't get enough of it!! So sorry to hear your DD lost her autograph book! Sounds like a great trip... keep the reports coming!
