Day 5 Blizzard Beach
Day 5 Blizzard Beach
Well this is the day we are surprising DD w/CRT. We get up dress in our swimsuits and put clothes on over and DD is saying I am hungry, we say O.K. we will eat later she says please I am hungry O.K we say in a few minutes this doesn’t help long especially when we get on bus and get off at Magic Kingdom. This child of mine has no patience and she is asking the whole way down Main Street what are we doing here we say we have to come get something we forgot beforehand!I know not a good lie,but you have to come up with it quick I am not good at this , Anyway we go into Cinderella’s castle and finally tell her when she asks why are we here we say because you are going to eat with Cinderella, she got all giddy jumping up and down smiling ear to ear I almost cried. The breakfast food wise was O.K not great Chef Mickey’s was much better. When the princess and her others came through it was great for DD she was in heaven. After this we were headed to BB when we arrived it took a while to find a place, but finally found a place for our stuff and water playing time it was. The kiddie pool and slides were great for DD she thought she was hot stuff sliding on intertubes and down all the slides. Now here comes our story of big peoplae slides. We first went down the family tube ride everyone enjoyed this it was real fun, then came my story of Summit Pummit. DS and I head for the line we stand in line for about 20 minutes then it is our turn DS goes first he gets down to the bottom and gives dear mom a big thumbs up, I go well here goes nothing and the attendant says you can always back out I say No you don’t understand that was my 9 yo son she says then no you can’t can you I say no I would never live it down. The Plummit was awesome even though I never opened my eyes it was way to fast and at the bottom it really hurts your bottom. My DH also had the same experience as I did even the back out scenario. My DD and I then went in tubes around the park in the water and that was fun they had all sorts of little gizmos to get you wet and the cave was water sprinklers everywhere. After about 4:00 we decided we were going back to room rest up and head to Downtown Disney.Disneyquest here we come DS really loved this place, but DD was not really impressed there is not a lot for 4 yo to do there,so after a while there we go to eat then head back to reort for our final day.. if I left anything out which I know I probably did I will fill in blanks later till then ………

Sounds like your little princess had a magical day. I've never been to Blizzard Beach... the Summit Plummit sounds exciting. Bet you were picking you bathing suit out all day after that one!! LOL (you girls know what I'm talking about!)

When we went to BB in March my DH (love of my life that he is!) got me to go on the downhill double dipper. Keep in mind, however, that I don't swim a lick! It was the scariest experience of my life! I can't imagine (& would never try) the ones without tubes!
