Ok all I just got in tonight and have my laundry started. I am going to give you day one and two.

Day one: My plane was cancelled and we were "combined" with another flight which had me waiting at the airport for two extra hoursa. Not the way I wanted to start off, but I got there and that is all that mattered to me. Once we got to Orlando we were greeted by Jack our Tiffany driver. (great guy) Because we were running so behind, we skipped the grocery stop and went straight to the WL. WOW!! What a beautiful hotel. We got a room immediately. They did not have a smoking standard room ready, so I had to get upgraded to courtyard view for free...what a bummer...lol. We were in room 5147 which was directly over the pool and gave us a great view of the beach and dock area. After all the ohhhs and ahhhs we went straight to MK to see if we could get on anything before closing. We managed to get on Space Mountain, Adventures of Pooh, Peter Pan, ugh Small world, and Splash Mountain in just under 3 1/2 hours. The longest wait we had was ten min at pooh. God it was wonderful. We then headed straight back to the hotel to get unpacked and showered and prepare for our early wake in the morning. Around 9:35 we got the treat of watching the Water Pagent from our balcony. That was a surprise.

Day Two: 6:30am wake up call. Got the first bus out to MGM to go to Hollywood and Vine for breakfast. We were extremly early and had to wait for about 15min just to get through the gate. We were really disappointed with this breakfast. The food was fine, but they seated us behind a pole and next to a group of extremely rude adults who did not understand personal space. Not only that, they hogged the characters my daughter was attempting to get autographs from. We left after 25min. We then went straight to RNR after the rope drop. We managed to ride it 3 times in a row with no wait. What a kick butt ride. We proceeded to do the entire park and ride RNR 4 more times by 4:30pm. We then went back to the hotel, showered changed etc. and went back to watch Fantasmic!......Yeah right DD wanted to do RNR again and again and thats just what we did. 10 times in one day. LOL she really liked it as you can tell. We never did get to watch Fantasmic! and she chickenedd out for TOT ...go figure...

I will go into the other days of the trip tomorrow. I just wanted to post a little bit of it. The highlight of the trip was RNR and the bummer was Sat. We went to AK in the morning for Breakfastsaurus and DD ate something bad. We had to leave the park by 11am...she was uhhhh hmmm how can I say this tactfully....having plumming problems. We missed the entire AK, and Spectro magic. Poor baby was not feeling good at all....I didn't get to meet up with the others and that bummed me out too, but what can you do? The kid was sick. So, if you are reading this Thumper or mmouse I am so sorry I didn't get to meet you all. I had on my orange shirt and all. I didn't remember where you all were staying or your last name for that matter to leave a message. I hope you don't think I blew you off.

I'll give you all the rest tomorrow...I have got to get some sleep in my own bed. It's calling my name.

Welcome back! So far it sounds like such a great trip - I am just dying to go again! Sorry that DD got sick but hopefully the rest of your trip was pure magic!

DD was sick the entire day on Saturday. I still cannot figure out exactly what she ate that upset her so much. I didn't get ill so we tried to see the difference bwtween what we both ate and the only things that were different was the Fruit Loops and the sausage. So it had to be the sausage because fruit loops arent known for giving you the runs or making you sick. This really was the only bad part of the entire trip. The delayed plane was no biggie. It was a great trip. I am very disappointed that I didn't get to meet up with Thumper and mmouse though.

Welcome Home Dana, and yes you were missed ;) Sounds like a great trip (poor little one though ). Was the water pageant a complete surprise, or had someone told you it would go along there? I can't wait to see the Travel Channel special on WL, it sounds amazing.

I knew about the Water Pagent, but was completely surprised to see it go right by my balcony. I thought I had to go to the beach to see it. We heard the music from our room and my daughter wnet out to the balcony and was thrilled. It was a perfect view. Had I not been a smoker, I wouldnt have got that nice upgrade to courtyard. LOL kidding but it was nice to get that free upgrade.

Hey Dana sorry to hear about your DD getting sick. I looked for you at the Spectro Magic parade, and even asked someone if they were you but she just looked at me like I was crazy. Oh well we tried, glad to here that your trip was good anyway. This trip was so good that we are going back in Nov.:)

Welcome back Dana! We just got back at about 2:30 last night. Had a great trip. Will be doing trip reports soon. Sorry to hear about your daughter. We had saved a parade spot for you and yours just outside the Goldon Horseshoe Saloon right next door to the Liberty tree tavern. I was wearing my DC T-shirt and figured something must have came up. (no pun intended:dazed ) Oh well, it would have been nice to meet you. You are right last names would have helped.

Anyways glad you had a good trip in spite of everything and a safe trip home. We will be sharing our sick child story soon.

I am so sorry about our meet. I was really looking forward to it all morning. It was a horrible day with my DD. I am glad you all had a great time and a safe trip home. I look forward to reading the trip reports. Sorry you had a case of sick kid too. Talk to you soon.

No apology needed Dana. We completely understand and sympathize with your situation. Glad it didn't last for more than a day, nothing worse than being sick on vacation.

Yes Goofette our son was coughing badly the entire plane ride and half of the first day. We had to take him to urgent care but he got better remarkably fast. Tinkerbell must have sprinkled him with Pixie Dust when we were not looking. Thank you for your concern.
