A Galactic Hero's Trip Report
Hello, everyone!!
 I am back on my little island.  Had one of the BEST TRIPS EVER!!!  Partly 'cause I was able to achieve some milestones never thought possible.. The first, of course, is the title, which refers to Buzz Lightyear Astro Blaster. Because on 21 October 2006, I reached level seven! For the first time, I became a TRUE GALACTIC HERO!!  Yes, that's right Mousebuzzers! I attained the elusive score of 1,098,400 Now, here is where the PHOTO should be, but for some reason I can't remember how to post it. A Galactic Hero's Trip Report - Day One
I would like to thank Hawaiian Airlines for making this all possible.. But for their settlement, I would not have achieved as much as I did this trip!
Caught the red eye to Honolulu, got fed tomato soup and a club sandwich on a croissant. Yum! Landed in Honolulu, went through immigration, picked up my luggage, and went to customs. Where the nice agent asked where I was going. I let him know I was headed to California and Disneyland. He asked, "Aren't you a little old for Disneyland?"  While I would have spent some time discussing this matter at length, I also didn't want to have to go through "additional screening", so I pointed out that my heir apparent was going too. That satisfied him to let me go through and meet with a client before her flight left for Kona. Caught the morning flight to LAX, and had yummy stuffed French Toast on the plane. Probably one of the best breakfasts I'd had on Hawaiian in the ten years I've flown them. Landed at LAX that afternoon, and went to pick up my rental car from AVIS for $19.00 a day. Isn't Priceline wonderful?  Stuck in traffic for two hours until I got past the accident by JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT.  Arrived in San Diego that evening just in time to help Erik with his English homework..

I love the food on Hawaiian, lol. Something about being served some sort of teri dish and pineapple on a teeny tiny tray on a plane makes me feel the Aloha
Oh, do you know Aloha Air bakes cookies on the Hawaii-Mainland route? When you can smell the cookies you are almost there...Sorry for the deviation...now back to your much anticipated report
