Day two continued.

We got to WL in plenty of time and checked in for our reservation. I asked the hostess for the wildest server they had..lol We ended up with Deputy Doug...he's insane. The bys weren't playing along to much and that dampered it, but he was funny! The food was so/so at best however and that really dampered the experience. we all got the soup (southwestern something) and DD got the nachos. The entrees were not so good, but dessert was fantastic!

We did the ketch-up, gallon sized soda etc and it was a good time. If the guys got into it just a bit more, it would have been much more entertaining. No biggie however. It's not for everyone.

After dinner, the boys went to DTD or something from the WL and the rest of us went back to the resort. The girls opted to chill out in front of the tube. DF didn't want to swim. DBF's allergies were driving him mad and he laid in front of the TV in the master bedroom. I was antsy and went to the gym for an hour to work it out. After a much needed work out, I went back to the room and grabbed a shower and had a few beers...not like the night before..lol The boys strolled in around 11pm. My DD and DS went to the pool and DN and DF stayed back and watched hanna montana..lol Me and DBf hung out and watched CSI.

We fell out around midnight...the kids were in the boys room watching tv wile DF slept.

End of day two
Highights: playing pirate and someone mistaking me for a street performer, another great day at WDW
lowlights: drama and none of my WC pictures turned out!

Hmmm - DBF is a hottie. And let's ALL remember who encouraged him to shave his head. When his GIRLFRIEND was freaking about it....

Not such good luck with the food? Do you think it's gone downhill since the DP? We certainly did. I can't wait for more...!!!

I heard they grow out of it by the time they turn 25.

Day three - 10/27

I was up again at 6am. DBf was next to me so I assumed my snoring wasn't as bad..lol I woke the girls up to get ready. We had a 8am ADr for CP and I wanted to get them moving. After getting myself together, I woke DBF who was half awae anyway and told him I would have them back by noon for the water park. He was taking all four of them.

We stopped in the gift shop and met another reaccuring character in our trip. Bella, a threeish little girl was causing a major problem..lol She was running wild all over the gift shop and no one with her could catch her. She was ripping stuff off the shelves and was just so amused with herself. She had this giggle that made it hard to be angry with her...lol After our Bella encounter, we headed to the bus stop to wait for the MK bus. It came in no time and we were on our way.

We got to the MK by 7:15 and lined up. We were in line with a couple and their 6 year old DD who informed me that she had a birthday coming up and this gift was her trip. I also found out that this was their first trip to WDW, so I used that as an excuse to show off a bit. I told them what to hit first, how to get to tinkerbell's treasures to wake up tink, how to get on dumbo twice without waiting...blah blah..lol They probally thought I was insane. They headed to CP with us because they had an ADR for the same time. I put the girl and her family in front of me hoping they would get chef of the day. Turns out they discontinued that program 6 months ago. I checked in with the podium and told the CM there that is was the little girl's birthday and it was her first trip to WDW. The CM got all excited and said that she would see to it that they were "taken care of". I informed the father so the girl couldn't hear and he was pretty pumped. They totally decorated her table and everyone came out and said happy birthday to her. We had the pleasure of seeing her reaction to the table decore because we were seated right near them. The servers sang to her and brought her balloons and a cupcake. The father pulled aside when I tried to get to the ladies room and told me that I made their day. I totally welled up with tears...so that's what it feels like to be a CM? They get to make people's day...everyday. Sign me up!

After breakfast, we headed to the castle. I noticed that the family didn't make it for tinkerbell's treasure, so I passed the tip to a lady with her two girls. She was really excited and did make it in as the first people. I hope they got to wake her up too. I didn't hang around to find out. I drug those girls over to pooh, then peter, then they did small world, then we did philharmagic, then space, then buzz. I beat both of them and told random people all day...lol After my victory, we did the people mover and ran across the park to splash. I told thye brer's that donutty missed them. After spalsh, we had to leave. It was getting a bit lateish and I wanted to have them back by noon for the water park. We made it in plenty of time and the boys were waiting. DBF loaded everyone up and took them all over.

I headed down to the gym for a small work out. After the gym, I grabbed lunch and took it back to the room. I then cleaned up a bit and grabbed another bath in that jet tub..lol. I laid down on the bed for just a minute and the next thing I know, the boys were back. I must have been tired..lol

I took the kids down to the fast food place to grab them some dinner and they all headed to DQ. I went back up to get DBF and he and I went to Olivia's for dinner. We enjoyed this meal quite a bit and headed over to our spot by the pool and enjoyed some cocktails while we waited for it to be time to grab the kids from DQ.

Around 11pm we went and got them and then walked to the market place from the west side to get to the boat dock. WE headed back to OKW and all the kids went to the pool while me and DBF chilled out on the balcony.

Around midnight all the kids were accounted for and we all went to bed. Tomorrow would be the last full day for the guys and they had a do every-ride-or-die trying game plan..lol

end of day three:
highlight: making a few people's day at the MK, having a tiny bit of time alone and having some quality alone time with DBF.

Day four - 10/28

Today like the other days, I was up super early. I am such a morning person. I went down to Olivia's and had a nice breakfast all by myself. It was lovely. After breakfast, I went up to wake everyone up. DBF was already up and talking about going to go play golf. The boys were gearing up for their commando day and the girls were talking about breakfast. I sent them on their way. I hung out with DBf for a bit and walked him down to the gym. The girls were meeting me at the boat dock at 11 and we were heading to DTD. I was going to meet back up with DBF at 3pm.

The girls and I hit the shops all afternoon. I stopped in at the Earl and had their grilled cheese sandwich...OMG was that delicious.

The food has definately gone down hill to me. I am so dissappointed in it. I will have extensive thoughts on that later on....

I'm loving this report, Dana. It's great that you had so much time with DBF, doing "adult" stuff! And how sweet of you to make that little girl's birthday so special! I love doing stuff like that. That little girl will never forget that - she's probably still talking about it. If I find a likely candidate, I'm always telling them about MB and urging them to join - I'm such a dork!

And how great is that whirlpool tub?

No way was it our bella...that girl could have been a cousin...she just screamed fun, but she was a handful...lol

I didn't do the tub by the pool...I do not go in pools or hot tubs that are public..lol I loved the jet tub and want one right now..lol

The bus service was excellent. I had no issues at all. I can see however how the people in the far away buildings would be aggrevated by it..I think it's the distance. We did use DBF's car a bit too, so that may have helped. I even drove around if you can believe it and may rent a car for the next trip. It was just so easy to get in it and go without waiting on any bus.

Olivia's was perfect. The food was excellent and the serivce the best on the whole trip. I had the pork...it was awesome! Cooked to perfection.
