Uncrustables...hmmm I am thinking no crust. I am so used to uncrusting DS's sandwiches...he's gonna love those. Are they available everywhere?

They are definitely available at many of the counter service locations and resorts.

I know it's just a PB & J sandwich, but it's the best I've ever had!!!
I even stopped on the way home from Buffalo at a grocery store to buy some to take home.

Day 2 (Fri May 18th): Making it Official and Facing the Tower

We were up bright and early on Friday to get a taxi to the Osceola county courthouse to get our marriage licence. We passed Old Town on the way and it scared me!!! lol

For some reason my courthouse pics won't load. Oh well, they weren't that exciting - lol.

It really started hitting me then that it was real. We were getting married at Disney!

We arrived back at our hotel by 10:30 am and gave my brother a call over at the Coronado. The plan was to spend some time with him and Melissa before the hustle and bustle started, hanging out at MGM.

In previous visits I have refused to go on the Tower of Terror out of complete, paralyzing fear, but I promised Michael that I would try it this time for him, as a "wedding gift" because he really wanted me to do it with him

So after I procrastinated a bit by taking many photopass opportunities and browsing thrugh shops, we went to the Tower of the Terror. I have to say, the theming of the tower is amazing, and I was really trying to focus on just thinking about that as opposed to the sick scared feeling in my stomach while waiting in line.

But.... I LOVED IT! I was so proud of myself for trying it, and so happy that I not only did it, but loved it.

And wouldn't you know, I did the ToT 6 times this trip and wanted to go back for more!!!

We also did Drew Carrey, RnRC, The Great Movie Ride. And that's about it, as Mike and I had plans this night to have dinner at the San Angel Inn at Epcot. We walked from MGM, took about 20 minutes to get bck to the Beach Club. A beautiful walk!

After a quick shower and little nap we walked over to Epcot and enjoyed a lovely dinner in Mexico

This was the first restaurant we dined at together on our first trip in 2003, so it was extra special.

We reminisced, took some pics, and enjoyed a leisurely stroll back to the Beach Club. I loved the fact that the resort was within walking distance to 2 parks, but to be honest, I wasn't overly impressed with the Beach Club. But I will do a little rate and review of our 3 resorts later with my reasons why.

I was so excited to swim in Stormalong Bay, but it closed at 8, so we enjoyed the quiet pool instead.

My best friend Jill was arriving this night, so I gave her a call at the Music hotel and we chatted a bit. It was surreal having her there with me, and made the wedding seem even more real. I couldn't believe I was there already!

A quick goodnight to Stacey and it was bedtime for us.

The highlight of this day was definitely the Tower of Terror. It is now my newest addiction!

This is a crazy guess but I think she's referring to the lady that host the Top 7 at WDW that continuously runs on WDW Tv's..

She does the top 7 (or so) things to do at WDW. It plays constantly on the channels at the WDW resorts! She's a bit...umm...shall we say perky?
