OK, love, love, love this TR. Your hair cut is really cute. Your night time shots came out amazing. All the pics are really great.
You both look so happy. I am glad you had a wonderful time.

Re: Wishy*s Wild Western Wallop Trip Report
Hey everyone! Just checkin' in real fast. I don't have time to post a lot of pictures right now but let me tell ya... yeah, not a big Vegas fan so far
. Our room is fabulous; mini suite with a strip view, the food we've had so far is great, we are VERY excited about seeing "O" tomorrow night but aye aye aye after being here less than 24 hours I wanted to start the car and go back to Palm Springs. Palm Springs is DEFINATELY more my speed; friendly people, quaint restaurants and inns, relaxing quiet pools, BREATHTAKING nature & fresh air experiences, & cute kitch 50's stuff. LOVED LOVED LOVED the Palm Springs area. One of the BEST experiences of my life was going in that hummer tour into the Mohave desert & Joshua Tree national park at sunset & then huntingm for scorpians and desert animal in the complete darkness. It was SO creppy seeing the giant full moon come up into the sky between the spikey Joshua Tree bushes. It was SO silent, clear, and bright from moonlight I could have stayed there forever. One of the coolest things about the tour was going to a high peek in the park and seeing the sun setting on one side and the moon rising on the other. It was SO awe-inspiring & beautiful I wanted to lay down & hug mother earth or something. We also took a rotating gondola 8,500 feet into the mountains and did some beautiful nature trails in SAn Jarito national park. I have NEVER in my life smelled something so crisp, clean, and overwhelmingly "christmas tree"-like in my life. The ride down the gondola was a lot easier than the ride up but the views, scenery, and smells were well worth the uneasy ride.We REALLY REALLY loved the Palm Springs area, I even took two real estate guides 'cause I was convinced I was going to buy a small house here, visit a couple months, and then rent it out. I think we'd LOVE to do that if only it wasn't 110 degrees in the shade and when I open my mouth to talk it dries up like a cotton ball. Fast forward two days later and we are in a neon jungle watching doh doh heads with light up glasses on their faces puke in bushes along the strip, goonball kids getting into fights with strip security guards, hordes of 21 year old guys with spikey hair, aviator glasses, and shirts that apparantly all only button up half way with plastic tubes up their noses sucking flavored oxygen, REAKING of smoke from the casinos, walking past lines that look to rival the Nemo subs lines to get into lounges & clubs, and not one inch of quiet for miles. Well except for our room. On the other hand the Bellagio water show is BEAUTIFUL, watching the Sirens of TI sink the Pirate ship, and walking past all the cool attractions outside of the hotels is real neat. The volcano next door at the Mirage is so pretty. We are VERY excited to eat at Olives and see "O" tomorrow night & after seeing all the billboards I am excited to see "Jubilee" that supposedly boasts over like a million rhinestones. So, we'll see, we've been here less than 24 hours so I am willing to still remained open-minded about it. I promise. Maybe I am just over-tired, overstimulated, and slightly homesick so it might be adding to the Vegas bumout. I also think TI has more of a young party feel and D and I are just NOT partiers what so ever. I wanna sit somewhere pretty, enjoy a quiet drink, hear some old big band music, and be mellow. Naturally one of the only lounges like this I was looking forward to (Fontana Room and the Bellagio) is closed for a poker tournament while were here and unfortunately the [Beatles] Revolution Lounge is hosting some 'boom boom' after party so we didn't get to see that in it's norm either.Anyway, ok, tomorrow is another day. Vegas... woo. ![]()

Yup, that is a dang scorpian. Something in their exoskeleton makes them glow in black light so we had those real cool head things on in the DARK DARK desert. it was really unbelievable. I found about 8 scorpians and Daniel found about 5
