Hey everyone!
Just got back yesterday. Had a great time with the kids. Boy it time fly by. We drove straight through from Sat. 11:00 and arrived at ASM around 10:00 Sunday morning. The room was ready and we were located in Dalmations. Kids loved the huge perdita and pongo. We were are a little out of sorts after the long car ride. So we had lunch at the food court, rested went for a swim, got cleaned up stopped at Downtown Disney briefly and made it to our 7:00 ps at Chef mickey's. The kids loved meeting the charachters. DH and I were a little disappointed in the buffet, but I did like the parmesan potatoes.

Monday
Headed to MK and it was awsome. We actually ended up driving to all the parks rather than using the busses and spent a whole day at each park- it was easier for us with the little ones, they took their naps in the strollers or in our arms while we went on the rides. With our handy little resort parking pass we got right in and parked without a problem. There were alot of people but definately not busy. Longest wait was for Ariel(1hour because she kept taking breaks)other than that averaged 10 mins. When we arrived it was only about 10mins before Cinderellas celebration and we had a great spot so we waited and watched that. Loved it what a perfect way to start a day at MK. After that we hopped right on Alladin's magic carpets, saw country bears, and went to our ps at Crystal Palace. I liked the CP alot better than Chef mickeys. The buffet was amazing the charachters were a blast and the kids got to parade around with them. Then we headed back to fantasyland, did Dumbo, small world( DD 19months slept right through it), tea cups(surprised how much all of us liked this one), got slushies and snacks, saw the parade(very crowded), fp peterpan, and fp buzz lightyear(my personal favorite), rode tea cups again and checked out toon town. None of the water sprinklers were on at the park that day though. Couldn't convince my oldest to go on any of the bigger rides, but we did jungle cruise, Had a dole whip(MMMMMMMMMMMMM), and Haunted Mansion DD 3 hated it, but my youngest(19mnths) and DD 7 liked it. After that got some pop corn/more munchies and watched the fireworks. Best part was when tinkerbell flew through the air and DD3 said hey there's tinkerbell. Well there's MK in a nut shell. I write with more later.

One trip we hit Cinderella's Celebration totally by accident as we entered the park two years ago! It is indeed a great way to start the vacation! I even called my sister at work on the cell phone and held it up so she could hear it to rub it :whistle: in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

What exactly is Cinderella's celebration?

It is a show put on at the Castle, we happened upon it by accident as we were about to cut through the Castle and realized we couldn't because of the show. It had all the best chrachters, princess and princes, some evil villans. A wonderful show of music and characters. It runs throughout the day, times are posted in front of the Castle.
