Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
Now we headed over to Fantasmic. Lillian was not doing well and really wanted to be in her bed. We were about 45 minutes prior to the show and were told that it was standing room only. I was SHOCKED....I expected there to be plenty of seats. Even a CM over at the lights said it wouldn't be a problem.
I am telling you....it was CROWDED....much more that I expected the first week of Disney to be. That being said, DH took Lillian back to the room (he was ready for a little down time too) and Mema, Avery and I decided to stand in the back and watch the show. They have these risers on the top left and right of the stadium that we stood on. It was worth it and Avery really enjoyed it (as tired as she was). We were really dragging once the show was over and eventually made it to our Bus Stop (the LAST ONE...UGH!!!) and Avery announces that she needed to go potty In my head I was screaming, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!". Mema said, "I'm not gonig anywhere....I'll sit here until you get back". I didn't blame her Avery and I trecked over to the restroom and back....seemed to take FOREVER, but we finally made it onto the bus and back to the resort.

Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
Look what was waiting for us in the room
![]() It had two piggy banks (one with Cinderella's Castle and all of the characters and one with Goofy, Donald, Minnie, Mickey & Pluto hanging out of a Taxi), 5 plush dolls (Goofy, Donald, Minnie, Mickey & Pluto), Bottled water, chips and those lollypops that no parent will ever let their child eat- or at least that is what my mother told me. Avery played with those dolls until she fell asleep. ![]() This was sent to us from a good friend. What a wonderful surprise.

It didn't take long for all of us to fall asleep.
Next up, Day 4, Sea World.

Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
Alright...I know I have been a slacker on this TR
Please forgive me.Day 4, SeaWorld I will have to post my SeaWorld pictures later....my camera ran out of juice as soon as we got to the park I purchased a disposable camera and used that for the day.....one of these days I will get those developed We had a really wonderful day. The first thing we did was get the girls another face painting. Next off to the best part of our day at SeaWorld....feeding the dolphins. I would have paid admission just to do this. The girls were really into it. I purchased several trays of fish (Stinky, Stinky ). They just swim right up to you. Really, Really We watched the new Dolphin show which was pretty entertaining. THis got Avery all psyched to see Shamu. We went into all of the attractions along the way: dolphin nursery (very cool), sting ray exhibit/ petting center, penguin encounter (pretty lame), shark encounter (which I remember being so afraid of as a little kid....not as scary as I remembered it ). My favorite part was our pit stop to the Budweiser Place....John and I enjoyed our beers (MMMMM....BEEEEERRRR) while the girls had a bit of lunch. We even saw the Budweiser Clydesdale horses with a special winter outfits (or whatever you call horse gear )...that was pretty neat actually. Then off to Shamu stadium to get a good seat (Avery was DYING to be in the GET WET seats). It was a pretty warm day so I wasn't too worried (plus I had a couple of ponchos...I'm no dummy). The Believe show was really amazing and LOT'S of fun. Lillian watched without making a peep the entire show. AT the end we did get splashed....Avery really loved that part. A little SeaWorld side note....I couldn't help but feel a little sad for Shamu. That guy is SOOOO big and the only part of the show he did was the very end for a splash. They have other Orka's for the entertaining part of the show. I'm no marine biologist, but that fella looks pretty sad compared to the other ones. His Dorsal fin is all curled over and his tail is all curled up too We spent the rest of our time at SeaWorld in the kiddie area. They have the best little rides for preschoolers. Avery rode OVER and OVER and OVER. They also have a really fun playarea (reminded me of the honey I shrunk the kids play area at MGM....er I mean Disney Studios ).We decided to leave around 3:00 PM and try and get over to Downtown Disney for dinner (no ADR's ...just winging it). Ok....so I will upload those pictures when I get them d

Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
We got back to the rooms just for a potty break and to grab some warmer gear...it was starting to get chilly. We decided to take the ferry over to DTD and try and eat at Rainforest Cafe.
I don't really remember much of this experience. Everyone in both parties were not doing well.....especially the kiddies. Everyone was pretty fussy (which made all of the adults pretty fussy too). We SCARFED down something (I don't really remember what) and got the heck out of there FAST. That was my only time seeing DTD I really wanted to do a little shopping, but that wouldn't be happening this trip.On to Day 5, Chef Mickey's and Epcot

Day 5, Chef Mickey's and Epcot
It was a bit cooler outside this morning. We decided that we would take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then take the Monorail over to Chef Mickey's and our ADR was pretty early (all of the details escape me at this point). The girls hung out in the lobby watching a little Playhouse Disney while I was packing our day bag. ![]() When we reached Magic Kingdom to catch the monorail over it just so happened to be opening. Even though we hadn't planned it we got to see the rope drop ceremony (this was a first for all of us) It was pretty awesome and the girls were very excited. Now onto Chef Mickey's. Avery's first ride on the monorail ![]()

Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
The ride over to Chef Mickey's was fun and it really wasn't a big deal to bus it over to MK and monorail over to Epcot.
Avery was excited as soon as we walked in because she could see all of the characters mingling. We had a great table and thought the character interaction was incredible. This ended up being my favorite character meal (outside of CRT). Avery loved dancing with ther characters. Here she is with Minnie ![]() Lillian loved them too ![]()

By the way, I thought Chef Mickey's breakfast was GREAT. It had lot's of option for all of our eaters and was quite tasty.

Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
The other family decided to go to Magic Kingdom (as this was thier last day
) and we went to Epcot.Let me just start by saying that Epcot is my FAVORITE park. The first part of the day I had my kids convinced that it was thier favorite park too. ![]() Sorry...I have to bail.....kids are awake I'll try to finish this sucker up in the next couple of days. Thanks for hanging in with me buzzers.

Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
Alright folks....I am pretty sure that I have lost most of you by now, but I am going to finish anyway
Better late than never, right? Ok....we last were at Epcot. The girls LOVED the Nemo attraction. The que was VERY long (and I couldn't help but imagine what it would be like if we had to wait through the entire que during PEAK times... scary thought). We basically walked through the entire thing (which was fun for stroller weary children). I thought that the scenery was really fun (and very realistic). This looks like something straight off of our backyard beach (Folly Beach).![]()

Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
Avery tried to get a shot in Bruce's mouth, but she kept getting pushed away by other MUCH OLDER (and unsupervised children)
That's ok....she liked this guy (I think his name is CHUM).![]()

Re: JustaT's AWESOME trip to the world
Turtle talk with crush was a HUGE hit with Avery. Lillian could care less about this attraction, but did enjoy waiting in the que and looking at all of the little fish tanks. This is one of my favorite shots:
Stingray, Avery and Lillian ![]() Unfortunately, my little bruiser (Lillian) put an end to this sweet moment by shoving her big sister off the bench to have a closer look. I LOVE this shot though (sorry Avery ).![]()
