We stayed in line to meet these fellas (who ended up being the last characters that we met)

We went over to Main Street to get a good spot for the parade. We were right across from the Edy's Ice Cream Parlor so Avery and I went to go grab some snacks (you know, cotton candy, ice cream, etc....the major food groups at WDW).

We got there kind of early for the show so it was awesome to have these guys entertian Avery. She had so much fun with the Hula Hoops and Wooden Horse. We even did a little Hokey Pokey with a group of kids, parents and CM's. That was a bunch of fun and made the wait seem like nothing. Sadly, I didn't get any pictures of the parade because I was too busy watching it with my girls

After the parade we headed over to do a little Buzz, The Laugh Floor (again) and some more cruising around....just taking it all in and having a wonderful day. We did ride the carousel one last time.



I just can't stress how wonderful and relaxing our last day was.

We watched Wishes and said goodbye to the castle I am almost getting choked up now just remember how lovely it all was.

All in all this trip was EVERYTHING that I wanted it to be and more. It was just nice not having to worry about getting on every ride and just spending time with my family. I can't wait to start planning our next trip (which will be either a cruise in 2009 or a trip to WDW in 2009).

All of the advice that I received on Mousebuzz was priceless and really made this trip for me.

A few notes before I am all done:

• the letters for the girls from Cinderella, Mickey and Friends were priceless (and are still in Avery's room)
• the $10 Mickey balloons (the ones that have the Mickey inside the Clear balloon) are worth every penny so BUY one if the kids want one. Ours is still floating and we bought it more than one month ago.
• Character meals are a MUST for families with small children
• My Alice Crocs ROCKED! I loved them and was very happy that I made that purchase. Wishy, I didn't wear the socklets...I just couldn't
• Going with the mindset that we wouldn't be able to do everything and to just relax and take it all in was the best thing that we did for ourselves
• Beer is good (especially when you have hit your limit and your DH hands you a deliciously cold beer and takes your kids for a walk )

Aww thank you, that is so sweet. I am still enjoying your TR. Your pictures are so beautiful and so are your girls. You made such wonderful memories this trip. I am sad to see it drawing to a close.

Yes, sadly this TR has come to an end. Hopefully we will have another trip to plan soon.

I know I said that I was done, but I just remembered one more thing that ended up being a pretty big deal for Avery. On our last day at MK we went to Mickeys Philharmagic and while we were waiting a CM came up to Avery and just started to interact with her. She asked Avery if she would sign her book (she traced Avery's hand and let Avery write her name). She gave her some stickers, a signed photo of Alice and the Mad Hatter and a little puzzle. Then she invited her to go over and play some instruments (a triangle, bongo's, cymbals, etc...). It really lifted Avery's mood (it was towards the end of the day). Once the area was filled with people she announced to everyone that they were in the presence of royalty and announced Princess Avery. She was ALL smiles.

I just love the way that every CM knows how to make a little girls day.
