The girls decided that they would wear their princess costumes to the MVMCP. We left our resort at around 6:00 for the party.

Here is Avery and Saffy on the way to the bus

It was quite hectic at the entrance with folks coming and going. I was so impressed with the way the process worked....pretty smooth overall. It took a few minutes to get through the gate and get our bands, but soon we were through. I couldn't wait to be on Main Street



It was snowing as soon as we hit Main Street...you can see a tiny spec in this picture


The castle was just so amazing....I really was speachless.

We just took it easy and went straight back for Fantasyland. The first ride was the carousel.



Right when we got off we heard some dance music and noticed that they had a dj and Drizella, Anastasia and Lady Tremaine were cutting a rug. Dancing is Avery's thing so she was ALL OVER IT

We could have stayed here all night. Even Lillian got into the action.



Sadly, my camera's battery went D E A D No more pictures for the remainder of the party I eventually got over it and just enjoyed the night (but on the inside I was devastated....all those shots missed).

We rode all of the Fantasyland rides with little to no wait...even Dumbo. Then we decided to head over and wait for the parade, but my girls were NOT cooperating at this point. DH took Lillian back to the hotel and Avery, Mema and I stayed for awhile. Avery and I slipped away to Tommorowland to do the Laugh Floor attraction while Mema watched the parade. We had a blast and Avery was pretty excited because they singled her out at the end. She loves attention...and I love watching her entertain.

We also did a few other things and then waited for the fireworks. AMAZING!!!!! We all loved them VERY much...and I did tear up just a tiny bit...ok the tears were streaming down my face.

We hobbled over to the bus and headed back to sleep after the fireworks. We didn't get to see many of the special things that MVMCP has to offer so we probably could have skipped it, but I am glad we didn't. It proved to be a wonderful thing that the kids were able to do all of the Fantasyland rides with no wait (that was worth the ticket alone).

We all fell asleep right away. Some of you might remember that we decided just before we left that we would share a room with Mema. It worked alright, but it would have been nice to have a little more room.

It was an AMAZING day. Day 3 is all about the Magic Kindom and lunch with Cinderella and friends.

I am so happy you enjoyed the MVMCP!! My dh loves the fact that you can just walk on the rides. He also agrees it is worth every penny!

Oh I always cry at the fireworks. I can't help it. :)

I think DH and I could have done alot more with the evening if it had just been us....but it was AWESOME to be able to get the girls on any ride they wanted. During the day the Magic Kingdom was crowed (on our first visit) and we wouldn't have been able to cover the rides like we did at the MVMCP. Besides that, there was just a YUMMY feeling in the entire place....it was totally worth it

I loved the party also. We didn't do the park earlier that day we just used our MVMCP tics and got in around 3pm. It was magical for me and the kids and I think its something we will do every year as a Thanksgiving / Christmas tradition...and its definately a great savings and allows us to save a day on our no/exp tics that we paid a small fortune for..

Next time I think I would definitely only do the MVMCP and not bother with another park that day (that is, unless it was just DH and I ....then we would max out our days ). What a great time.

Did you find the parks to be busy when you went? I was actually quite surprised at the volume in every park. It was quite crowded on some days.

Thanks Smee! I am only finished with Day 2....we still have Days 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 I ended up with 600 pictures....most of them probably boring for you guys, but I have PLENTY more

I'll try to get started on Day 3 (Magic Kindom and Cinderella's Royal Table) later today.
