Now - this is just me - remember me, who loves Animal Kingdom? Well lets just say they gotta change more than the name of MGM to HS to get me to really love this park. Oh - it has it's perks - two of the best thrill rides in WDW, and, um, er, well, ah - did I mention the thrill rides?

Here, gentle reader, are my thoughts on HS

Best sleeper attraction of the park - Animation Tour - try the drawing lesson

If you sneak out of the movie at One Man's Dream IT'S YOUR LOSS COOKIE! Yeah - I"M TALKING TO YOU!

Aerosmith will always be cool.

Would someone tell Aerosmith's Manager the phrase is "SUPPOSED TO" not "ASPOSED TO"

Best sleeper "I GOTTA GET OUT OF THIS CROWD OR I'LL GO MAD" spot - The Writer's Stop - even better with a carrot cake cookie.

If ever restaurants needed Gordon Ramsey's "gentle touch", it's the ones at HS!

Is there a man on the planet who doesn't secretly wish he was up there taking his Jedi Training?

Has the cowboy rode off into the sunset forever?

Dumbest overheard comment - "Oh, it's an elevator!"

I bet the same person who came up with Stitch's Great Adventure, came up with Sounds Dangerous - I wonder what he's doing now?

Yes, yes, The Muppets is a Classic - but it's time to take it to Pittsburgh.

Evidently the Little Mermaid spent SOME time out of the water...at a Plastic Surgery Clinic - just sayin'

I'm so grateful I'll never have to go in the "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" playground again. Once in there - it's Lord of the Flies all over again.

Ah - the TRUE Sleeper Cookie of WDW. Oh sure - everyone goes for those fancy chocolate chip ones. Oh sure - they see the word "carrot" and go "nu-uh - not on MY vacation" ....

Found (and overlooked) at almost all of the Bakeries in WDW....

Behold the Carrot Cake Cookie! Soft, chewy, cakey, with just a touch of spice - two delectable cookies sandwiched with cream cheese icing.

Once you have one you'll never go back to chocolate chips or M&M's again.

(I've found them at the Writer's Stop, Goofy's Candy Store at the Marketplace, and the Boardwalk Bakery, so far.)

Thats awesome. I have wanted to eat there for five years and I have been unsuccessful every time. Once it was open for lunch but he thought we'd do Pescos Bills for lunch and do El Pirata for dinner but when we went back..CLOSED!

Honestly, I don't think any of us enjoyed a meal at the MK more - such a nice change from burgers and fries. They even had vegetarian tacos for Sarah. It was great!

Actually, I created a carrot cake cookie for Christmas - and if I do say so myself, they were pretty darn close to the original. If you want the recipe just let me know.
