Ok, so I just got caught up on your TR and it was awsome. I am glad you gave Garden Grill a thumbs up. We will be going there for the first time this next trip. We will have about 16 or so people,so I hope it will be a hit. I think taking a child at around 2 1/2 to 3yrs. old is a great first time age. It also depends on your child. I have 4 children so, I have taken some of my children at 1 yrs. old and they were fine, but others were not. It really is an individual thing. Reading Tr's help get me excited about my trip. Thanks for sharing. Oh, you mentioned that Gabe was making a cupcake at Garden Grill,does everyone get to do that or was it just a "keep him occupied" thing?

Mousemom- The make your own cupcake is the kid's dessert. They give them a little cupcake with cups of frosting and toppings to put on it. Most kids really enjoy making it, plus it is yummy!

I LOVE Animal Kingdom too....and it ended up being the girls FAVORITE park (lot's of stuff for the little ones to enjoy).

It's part of the "kids meal" so I'd say 10 and under! It's so much fun and if you have a birthday girl or boy, they will put a candle in theirs!

Keep in mind that Gabe is free until 3 so maybe one more trip right before he turns 3. I'm just trying to give you an excuse to go back!

Since DD is 7 and she is spoiled with going to WDW every year (so am I) so that is why DS is going so young. We didn't take her until she was 2 1/2 and she loved it!!

I have not taken Ty to WDW b/c of his age and we are taking our first trip as a family when he is 4. I hope the delay was worth it and I will let you know my what I think when I get back.
