That is horrible. I hate it when you find yourself in a spot where the Manager could do the right thing, but fails to.

Tempted to talk with the guy - for sure!
Would he have cared? NO.
He obviously doesn't care how good a job he does or whom he upsets with his lackadaisical approach to work

It would have been a humongous waste of time. But a letter to headquarters THAT will work, muahahahaaaaa

I got so anxious reading about your situation, coupled with the fact that I haven't received my documents from my TA yet, I sent an email right off to her. She just got them and I should get them in a couple of days. Thanks for the kick in the pants to make sure everything was taken care of!

Glad you are back safely! I would have been sooo heated if someone thats works in DIsney didnt have the Disney attitude! Congrats on the upgrade. Im at work now and cant read everything but I cant wait to get home and see some pics

OK . . . I'm back!!!

Sooooooooo . . . after we finally got checked in 4 HOURS AFTER we got to the resort . . . the kids were anxious to get in their suits . . . and me, well I NEEDED A DRINK!!!

I've stayed at CSR before . . . but in the Ranchos side, which is more Arizona looking with desert and cactus, etc. This time we were in th Casitas side . . . which was more Southwest/Aztec looking!

The room was 4252 and over-looked a little courtyard that had a nice Gazabo, we were also a stones throw to one of the quiet pools . . . BUT, we'd had enough, we were ready for the BIG pool . . . so we got to the room, unpacked and headed out . . . now for some pics!

Our room!

REVIEW

Great room, newly updated! Best part about a Mod the fridge and the COFFEE MAKER (

having that!). Good counter space around the sink as well! The beds were comfy, but squeaked a lot when you rolled over!

I never realized how much the girls tossed and turned in their sleep!

We were just giddy with excitement!
