After AK we went to Epcot again. Since we had a couple hours until our ADR we deceided to go on test track. I love this ride. DH just shakes his head because I don't do rollercoasters but will do this one.

We had an hour and a half left, so we slowly walked over and did the land and then the mexican boat ride. We still had about 45 min left so we watched a song or two from BJ Thomas and then went over to check in early at Teppan Edo.

We got seated right at our ADR time and were seated with 2 other young couples, and a mother and her daughter. Our waitress was very nice and was dressed in a Kimono. Everytime she arrived to or left the table she would bow to us.

DH and I first started out with salads with ginger dressing and sushi. DH had the sushi sampler which had tuna, yellow tail, shrimp nigiri, and 2 pieces of California Roll. I had Crispy Suklyaki Beef Roll, which is grilled in front of you when your chef comes out. For our main courses DH had Asakusa - sirloin steak and large shrimp and I had the Filet Migion. The meals came with vegables, noodle, and rice.

Our chef was great she made a volcano shaped like mouse ears and stacked all the onions up and called it space mountain. Then she also called a shrimp little mermaid.

The meal was great. We both loved food and want to go again. What thought was different was that we had a female chef and the sushi chefs were all female too.

We left the Teppan Edo with full stomachs. Afterwards we watched illumunations from Japan and then went back to Pop to pack our suitcases to go home.

When we woke up the following morning we packed our truck and then headed to MK for the rope drop. We then went to Space mountain so DH could ride it and the he rode BTMMR. I was going to try to ride these but I was not feeling to great. After DH was done we both rode Spalsh and POTC. We did this all in a hour. Before we left the park we grabed some dole whips and then went towards the monorail to go to epcot to pick up our moms some gifts.

From Epcot we went back to Pop for some lunch.We also wanted to tell our home away from home that we will be back in Sept.

Thanks for the Tr especially on Teppan Edo. WE have reservations there in July and I was hopping it was good. Do you know if they have an american meal menu for my picky 12 year old?

Wow, don't know how I missed your TR but I just caught up!!

Isn't Block Party Bash AWESOME?? We really liked it!!

The Garden Show was great too . . . wish I could have stayed longer! OH well there is always next year!
